Polarity parameters

Definitions:

P = Q_max - Q_min

Q_max - the most positive atomic partial charge in the molecule

Q_min - the most negative atomic partial charge in the molecule

R_mm - distance between the most positive and the most negative atomic partial charges in the molecule
